Mischievous

My child?  Mischievous?  Oh yes.

In the past few weeks we have witnessed some crazy antics from our little 3 year old.
  • finding toothpaste in the bathroom during a potty break at quiet time and spreading it all over her dresser.
  • squirting butt paste all over her bed (that stuff stains!) and claiming the bunnies on her bed had red on their bums.
  • sneaking downstairs in the morning before anyone was awake and getting a giant SAMS bag of peanut m&ms to take to her room.  We thought she was sleeping in... nope,  Mouth full of candy.
  • recently taught Erin how to climb out of her crib and then shouted "Erin did it all by herself Mom!  YAY ERIN!!"  Meanwhile I'm cursing in my head knowing what climbing out means for me...
  • playing nicely upstairs with her sisters - I go up to check in and find she has filled an entire (fabric) bin with water and was giving her babies a bath.  The carpet was drenched and Lia could not figure out why...
  • poured apple juice on her head and Erin's head and rubbed it in like shampoo.  She came to me and said "look mom!  we are being silly!"  We were outside and I thought it was water, so totally didn't care.  Until their heads dried into gross sticky mops of hair....
  • she has figured out how to open a doorknob even with the child proof cover (and two others I tried out from Target...) and so now when we are in our room, we lock the door with the actual lock.  Todd was showering and in comes Lia with a butter knife in her hand that she got from the kitchen and unlocked the door from the other side...
  • playing at Mady's house, goes in Kristin's office and finds a rolls of 100 stamps that she and Mady proceed to stick all over Kristin's office.  She and Mady could not figure out why these "stickers" were so important to save.  Haha.
Mischievous and resourceful...  Hopefully this will be something that will serve her well in her adult life...
