Best Dad Ever

These girls are so lucky.  

Todd loves finding amazing opportunities for fun in the area and they go on some pretty cool adventures together.

Lia had a project at school to learn about family heritage.  She and Todd worked on this over coffee while talking with our family history expert, Uncle Larry.

Erin was eager for her turn on a muffin date!

Todd found a local circus show going on up in Austin.  What a cool event for Erin!!  She came home just buzzing about how awesome this experience was.  I think the other two were a little jealous...  lol

When Lia was working on her family heritage assignment, they learned of the Gates family history in England.  As extra credit, Lia had to make a food that represents that heritage and make a video.  Super awesome (and yummy) turn out!

The scone making kicked off a trend of baking fun!  Next up?  Waffles!!

This was Birdie mourning the loss of Todd and snuggling with his hoodie when he was at work one day.  Pathetic.  ;)

The bravest thing (in my opinion) that Todd did with all three girls was shoe shopping.  This is a hellish endeavor 99% of the time...  I'm not sure how the process went, but all three ended up with some pretty awesome shoes from the outlets!

Only issue they had was an accident where Erin slammed her thumb in the car door.  Majorly hurt and thought she may have broken it...  Off to DOC they went.  Luckily - NOT broken!!

I'm over the moon about the experiences the girls get to have on a regular basis with their dad.  What wonderful memories they are creating together!!!
